【Job Description】
1. Responsible for the development work of clients such as biopharmaceutical enterprises/scientific research/third-party testing/government agencies, and providing targeted solutions based on client needs.
2. Strictly implement and achieve the company's sales business goals;
3. Clear understanding of external customer needs and close collaboration with internal R&D personnel to achieve signing and delivery goals;
4. Assist the marketing department in completing relevant promotion work and regularly hold product promotion activities in key areas;
5. Collect and provide feedback on market information to assist the company in making timely market responses;
6. Analyze the competitive situation, market potential, and sales data of new and existing sales channels;
7. Focus on maintaining and improving the company's market competitiveness.【Qualifications】
1. About 3-5 years of sales experience in related industries (automation equipment, life science equipment), with certain resources;
2. Have cooperation experience with domestic pharmaceutical companies/fine chemical enterprises; Have basic knowledge in the relevant fields of chemistry and life sciences;
3. Bachelor's degree or above in Applied Chemistry/Organic Chemistry/Pharmaceutical Chemistry/Life Sciences, with strong communication skills and high emotional intelligence;
4. Strong business ability, clear and organized explanation of technical key points of main products, skilled in communication and training;
5. Excellent ability to explore and innovate, passionate about challenging work;
